Out of space... again!

So I'm out of free blog storage space... AGAIN!  Before I do any more blog posts including photos, I must purchase some storage space.  I promise I'll get to it soon... in the mean time check out the new photos on my Facebook page!

Kevin and I have been spending time with his parents in NY for the past week.  We will be here until at least the 26th.  We're having a great time, visiting with his parents, friends in NYC and CT, and exploring the area surrounding their new house.  

Just in case I don't have another chance to update before this weekend, Merry Christmas to all of our friends and family!  We love you all!

Crackers...

...are currently Miss Kerriann's favorite snack!  She honestly cannot go a day, let alone 3 hours without a few "ca ca's."  At this point, we make sure to stock up on a few boxes of Ritz Vegetable Crackers every time we go to the store, because in the event that we ran out, I'm sure we would have a huge temper tantrum on our hands!  

It seems like all of the photos I've taken of her lately either involve "ca ca's" or her sippy of milk, but it's so hard to get cute pictures of her unless something REALLY has her attention!  Otherwise she is all about the camera and wants to come look at herself on the viewfinder (which is so cute, but not conducive to me getting pics!).

I've also realized that since the starting of my previous blog, The Southern Life, I've drifted away from actually writing posts to only posting photos with a quick explanation.  One of my New Year's resolutions this year is going to be to get back into writing.  I really want Kerriann to be able to refer back to these posts one day when she's wondering what she was like as a baby or toddler.  I also want to be able to look back for my own sake... my memory definitely isn't what it used to be!

So please... hold me accountable!  If you notice that I haven't talked about what Kerriann, Kevin, and me are REALLY up to lately... call me out on it!  Here are a few pictures I snapped earlier today of Kerriann enjoying some of her favorite snack!

APG pets

Last weekend, Kevin had drill with his unit at Aberdeen Proving Ground for the first time in over a year and a half!  Kerriann and I tagged along and stayed in a hotel with him close by so we could do a little exploring while he worked.  I ended up getting a pretty big "boo-boo" on Friday night as we were checking in, involving my left ring finger and the trunk of our SUV, so I wasn't able to do much but take it easy on Saturday.  On Sunday Kevin was finished early, so we took a drive to the active duty side of APG.  Check out the crazy wildlife we found while we were there... it's not too often you see two monster bucks and an albino deer in the same afternoon!

Kevin, Kerriann and I took advantage of a Sunday with no plans to do a little exploring in DC... here are pics from the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and along the Potomac River.

Blackhawks follow us where ever we go!  Maybe this could be Kevin's future job...

Thanksgiving 2010

This year, we spent Thanksgiving with the Hudock side of the family and stayed at Priest Field in Inwood, WV.  It was great for us to share Kerriann with Katie's siblings since they haven't been able to spend a lot of time with her.  She LOVED all of the attention from her great aunts and uncles and second cousins, and of course she was happy to see her Great-Grammy too!

We had a lot to be thankful for this year... Kevin's recent graduation from flight school, and being back in the north with our family.  I was also very grateful to have Kevin home, since we know that he'll most likely be deployed in the next year.
